Let’s talk glue
Under advice from Creality, and peers, I have always used glue when using my K1 Max. I in initially used the one provided with the printer. Pretty soon however, this was finished and I turned to (a favourite from my childhood) Pritt stick. As I’d used this in the past with great success. However, it seems that their formula has changed since then, and I produced no successful prints. My very resourceful wife took to Amazon and found JT16 which is made by Geetech and is specifically for 3D printing.
I can’t speak highly enough about this product. And it applies really easily and doesn’t clog. I have only used the A plate, which is a smooth PEI plate. I do not know what the outcome would be on a textured PEI plate.
